So! I’ve been really tied down with assignments, lab reports, projects and test which is all over! Bare get any sleep on this guys due to the fact I suck at it and had to dig deep. Anyhow I just finished my last test which I sucked at again & chances are I failed! Its not that I didnt study, its just my lecturer teaches something in class, and asks us something totally different just to mess with our head. If he would have just stuck with the question in the assignments and notes, I’m sure i would’ve As-ed the test. Maybe cause im just stupid la! Aku ni bodoh~ grrr…

So me & the boys completed our project and decided to head to the beach to unwind. This is my 1st time being to Howick beach which is 20 minutes away from here. So we got directions online n left our place at 6pm. Its a marine protected beach so there is absolutely no fishing, digging for shells or literring . Its normally a place where people walk their dogs, play frisbee & theres a fine dining restaurant which is a house by the beach. Heading to the beach alone was a fun itself as we passed by country the sides, drove around the hills and finally reached our destination. The beach is so clean and the sand was soft for most part of the beach, we then decided to climb a small hill to get a better view of the beach. By the way rumours has it that a Maori girl was raped n killed in the path we were about to past told by my friend Arvin, bullshit la I think.

We reached the top and the view was breath taking, the sun beaming on us, the wind on our face and blue seas. Took a couple of pictures and I found myself a new header for my blog! Look its on top if u didnt noticed it. On the way down I decided to climb the tree that helped us up the hill for fun, I took some pictures n hope you guys would like em. After monkey-ing around we went down to the beach n kick the soccer ball we brought with us, thus resulting in my candid header =) N played with the dogs that chased the soccer ball! It was a really cute dog,shit zoo & a beagel! I think I will get me a dog next time! Get me a bulldog with excess skin, I dont know whats its called -.-

After playing we went to Pak&Save to get my some stuff to eat, got a lot of junk food n stuff to cook over the weekend. N for ur info Pak&Save is like Giant or Kmart for us, its the cheapest around town. After all the bilibalabilibala we went home and I totally crashed as I didnt sleep the whole night to study up for my test which is at 8am which was a waste! Should have just slept n did the paper, I was in a foul mood the whole day because of that paper. Woke up, had dinner at 12.30am which is 2 hours ago n decided to blog before I start studying for my finals, which reminds me I wont be blogging in the near future. Time for me to make scram & i’ll be bac!

Just got word from Esther that, my best mate mom passed away. I was suppose to meet her before I left for NZ, but didn’t get the chance & thought I’d see her when I get back. The thought of never seeing her again tears me up to pieces, to lose a sweet, beautiful soul from this world.

My deepest condolences Fit, I’m so sorry. I don’t know what to say, but I’m here for you. Take care.

 

 

 

 

SNOW TRIP!!!

Wahahaha!!! ^.^ Finally I will b able to go snowboarding!! Time to cause an evalanche and rip up some snow! I saw this yesterday on the notice board in the house near the kitchen, the Student Village community & event commity crew is organising a snow trip to Whakapapa. 2 days – 1 night event with a 3 course meal upon arival and a full day snow fun! Inclusive of equipments and 2 hours snowboardin lesson! I wonder will i be able to do the helicopter or not =/ Or either end up in the hospital. Hope no blizzard when i get there, later freeze my but chicks off, Just paid for the trip and my classmate will be joining in too.

SkyCafe to Japan

To NZ

The best part of sitting on a plane enables us to converse with people from different races & countries. You can just sit and talk virtually about anything like you’ve known the other stranger for years, like close friends do. I’m guessin that when 2-3 strangers that are flying alone and sitting in the same row has many things in common.

My 1st flight from KL-Brunei I met this old man Mr.Yong, we talked and I found out he was going to Ireland to see his son, he’s working there as a doctor. We talked about the places his been too and his journeys, from the conversation I found out that as long we keep life simple its really easy to get around in this world. All you just have to do is Study hard > Work> Travel> Die. What you do in between is up to you, ain’t that simple?

Anyway when i transited from Brunei-NZ, I was lucky to meet someone actually from NZ, she’s an hour away from where I am. Ms.Linda from Penang visiting her son in Hamilton. I took the chance to ask her some pointers on where to shop and what should i know being in NZ, It also turns out Asians in NZ are currently victims of violence. Maybe cause Chinese and Indian people are taking over the world, and the locals are not happy? But I’m sure fine with it, cause I’m already a Chindian.

The chat was good, but the food on airlines are not. Your practically eating hospital food with a bit flavour & colour in it. I’d rather eat Maggi Mee hotbowl if they had it, but the orange juice rox! I kept asking for more because im entitled to it =D I know i sux, but its FREE! & Its like the only thing that tasted good. And the peanuts, gotta love em.

The best is yet to come guys, when i landed and unloaded off the plane i thought i was in freakin Japan. Everyone was speaking Japanese, 20-40 bunch of japanese high-school girls landed the same time I did for their summer trip or vacation, and 10+ adults to look after them. Thought Japan planned to invade the kiwi’s, would be like Auckland Harbour or something. Aerial gunships and battleships blasting away at the sheeps. But after watching the local TV channels i think Australia already beat Japan to it planning wise, The Aussies made a commercial about NZ that its 100% Beautiful, 100% Clean, 0% Military, and 100% THEIRS!!! Must be all the rugby tention among them.

I wish the 0% Military was the same as their Customs Check, Malaysia & Brunei was a breeze but going into New Zealand felt like a prison. Dogs sniffing up my ass and bags really took a toll on me, and it was a german shepard. A big huge big nosed dog, i was glad to check out alive truth being told. But thanks to my moms and friend briliant packing i escaped unharmed.

Said my goodbye’s to Ms.Linda and made my way out of the airport, saw my name card being held up and left for my ride. The moment i step outside my fingers and ears numbed up, and no matter how i try to warm them up it was just hopeless. Lucky when I sat in the car heading to the student village was warm, never felt so thankful to a heater before. I then met my fellow student village resident Nobuko Kitamura from Pakistan, joking =) She’s from Japan and doing kultculture(plants). She’ll be growing me tomatoes and potatoes in the near future.
