What a week, on thursday I stayed up all night just to finish my assignment which I procrastinated until the last minute. When I finished it, it was already 6am, took a hot shower and breakfast! Felt so good and a mean coffee + milo (neslo) got me pimped for the day! Went over to TaeWoo’s place to wake him up, but failed. The guy sleeps like a log, I splashed water on him, strip him of his blankets and pillows, and threw him his bed AND YET he was still sleeping, I got pissed and played his laptop and listen to some music. Before I knew it, it was soon time for class and when I got up, I saw the korean sleeping the same way I came in! He got up, picked up everything and got back to bed! I was like wth?! Anyhow, I tried to get him up, but he just kept mumbling “..next period”! I gave up and left for class.
Since I was kinda free I took heaps of pictures with my phone for you guys, just to see whats its like going to class everyday and my surroundings. I went to class, checked my assignment with my friends and handed it in after fixing major flaws in my workings. I hate engineering! But I’d rather stay a student and do well, then sweat all day doing hard labour =) Was so happy when my eng.drawing lecturer wasnt around thus giving me the whole friday off, besides on fridays classes are very empty as few tend to show up for classes. AND! I saw on the news that Qantas was promoting their new big ass plane, double decked and stuff, the A*** model. I managed to catch that monster fly over MIT!
After that me and Vishal went for lunch and met up with Arvin,Over lunch we decided go to Orewa beach which was in North shore, Auckland. I went back and got my camera, checked my Skype to see if its working and was able to catch my Dad online, a few exchange of words and left for the beach. Arvin got direction on the website Wises and GPSed ourself over to the beach that took us only 40 minutes to get there, the view to the area was awesome! I love looking at the horses, sheep’s, and cows while they graze on the green pasture and lay down like playboy models.
We went through the town before reaching the beach, I felt like I was in the 70’s-80’s movie set when I saw a few cadillacs and hotrods on the road and in parked the houses, but the houses were really modern thus having a beach for a backyard is great. Saw a chick driving an F40 Ferrari made me realize the most random thing, everyone was English! All white people and we’re the only Asian’s around town. Cops looked at us as if we were weirdo’s, well Arvin is cause he was wearing a clown hat around town! XD LOL!
We then reached the clear blue sea and the breeze was ever so there to greet us, cooling and refreshing. The waves also welcomed us with low tides thus allowing us to walk on the sand near it, looking at the calm blue sea made me feel like jumping into it for a swim! Too bad I didnt bring my extra clothes =( We walked, took some pictures, do some stupid things and went to McD for lunch. I love the town as it was clean and the shelleas new the ocean was pretty cool, will plan a trip to stay over Orewa beach next time. After grabbing McD’s we went to another side of the beach where the playground, basketball court and parking lots were. We fed the seaguls and had heaps of fun doing it as we made them pick the fries off our hands, I took pictures and videos of it for u guys. ( I forgot to recharge my battery so I only took a few pictures)
Anyhow we then left for home and I felt really happy being able to see yet another beautiful scenery, I missed the last trip to Hanua Falls with the boys which u can read what they did on Arvin’s blog at http://crimsoneuphoria.blogspot.com (and code to make this link short?). Later Taewoo asked if I wanted to join them to go a gig in the city which I declined thinking I’ll just too tired to enjoy the gig and spoiling the mood for the guys. And went to my room to go to bed, which I then woke up at 10pm by my housemate Brett when he was bored! Well lucky cause I wanted to adjust my biological time to default as it should be cause I constantly sleeping at 3am.
I was so hungry bcause I missed dinner, had supper at 12am when I went over to Taewoo’s place and cooked for us (Fried rice with hotdogs + cheese). I asked them about the gig and talked it over our meal, Arvin’s highlight of the day would be the drumstick given to him by the drummer after the gig was over, seriously read his blog! He wrote it after smoking up! XD LOL! I was teasing him, and he was like a small kid constantly smiling his ass off while buzzed! He has this tendency to change his sim PUK code or signing in his bank account while high! I was there reminding him its doggy doing it while his buzzed!
After dinner I went back to my room, skype’d and went to bed at 3am again ( I know >_>) . Woke up at 12pm, Skype’d awhile and had breakfast (BLE) sandwich and juice at Taewoo’s place again, bare in mind all 3 of us stay in different houses and decided to make Taewoo the place to hangout over meals. Laser strike (paintball with lights) was canceled and kinda bumped us out, so all was left for saturday was my housemate Swasti’s party. They went and got her present n I pitched in the present. Later we went to Pak&Save for some to get stuff for the party, I got some air freshener and disinfectant for my room, also some bacon n foil cooking tray to bake stuff. Party was alright, all her friends came, drank, danced, ate, and left for the clubs. I was there awhile for the food and the drinks, and was talking most of the time, I’d rate the party as 1/10 due to poor music and the ambiances was dull and not lively. Good choice going to the club,I think they’re still at it as I blog my way with oreo’s and milk to make me feel drowsy. Almost 3am again >_>
So while the party was going on, I went over to Arvin’s place and taught Brett how to play the guitar, which was cool as I could play with Arvin’s electric guitar while teaching Brett how to play. I then called it a night as Arvin had to go to bed and the party was almost over at my place. I drank abit and ate a bit and left for the house to cleaned >=)
Calling it a night as its almost 5 in the morning, gotta get up, read the bible and pray as it is Sunday =)
